Delivery Information

Notice: Please do not send us any returns with the postal service. We are not responsible for any lost shipments. We don't have the time to investigate lost USPS shipments.

All products are extensively tested prior to shipment, however if you do receive a product that develops a fault we will replace the item or arrange a refund where necessary. Contact us in advance of sending the product as we may need to supply you import paperwork if you are outside the USA. Failure to observe this procedure may result in your shipment being refused and returned to you at your expense.

Please take care when ordering your goods. Items returned because they were incorrectly ordered will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you need to return an item to us please contact us by email with information about your product, your purchase (order number, invoice number) and your reason for wanting to return the product. We will reply with full instructions on how to return the goods. Returns / Repairs sent to BC from outside the USA MUST have correct customs import paperwork to avoid BC being charged duties. We do not accept returns on any item that was purchased more than 60 days out.

We will provide an RMA number if you need to send something to Broadcast Concepts. Goods sent without the correct RMA number may be refused and returned to the sender at the senders expense.

Shipping costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded.

We do not accept returns on RF pallets or transistors that show evidence of having been soldered to and installed.
